Family in Morristown is looking for a caregiver for their two loving children, ages 9 and 10 years old. The position is Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6/6:30 p.m. The nanny will be paid even while the children are at school but must be on call in case they are home from school.
Duties include:
Engaging in fun activities with the kids and tidying up afterward. Helping to organize and pick up toys. Preparing afterschool snacks and dinners for the children. Overseeing/assisting them with homework. Doing children’s laundry and letting the dog outside.
Ideal nanny:
This family’s ideal caregiver is kind, warm, responsible, caring, and active. Must be a doer who takes initiative to see what needs to be done and does it. They should be able to be flexible from time to time. Comfortable with play days and carpooling. Taking the children on adventures (trampoline park, zoo, museum, etc.).
About the children:
This 10-year-old is smart, kind, mature, and very independent. She loves reading, theater, art, and laughing. Her afterschool activities include dance, theater, and lots of homework.
This 9-year-old is smart, outgoing, funny, kind, and playful. He loves video games, sports, and lots of hands-on interaction. Both enjoy school, stories, and playing outside. The children get along most of the time.
